How does FileFlow determine my plan level?

Your plan is based on the number of active personal-injury cases your firm manages at a time. If your caseload shifts, you can scale your plan up or down as needed.

What happens if our case volume increases during a prepaid period?

If you exceed your plan’s case capacity, we simply adjust your plan level and pro-rate the difference for the remaining months. You’re never penalized for growth—your service continues uninterrupted.

What’s included in the onboarding month?

Your onboarding month includes full system setup, customization of Samantha’s call flows, integration with your current CRM/workflow tools, staff training, and a controlled test period with your clients. This ensures your firm is fully operational before your paid period begins.

Is the prepayment refundable?

Prepayments are non-refundable, but unused value can be credited toward other services operated by Peakside Strategic if your firm needs to transition. Most firms see measurable value within the first 30–45 days of active use.

Can we start monthly instead of prepaying?

Yes. Monthly billing is available on all plans. The Early Access Prepayment Program is optional and simply provides additional benefits for firms planning ahead.

Does FileFlow replace my intake or case managers?

No. FileFlow reduces manual follow-ups and client chasing, allowing your staff to focus on higher-value work. Most firms report fewer missed appointments, less administrative overhead, and cleaner case files.

How does FileFlow help prevent gaps in treatment?

Samantha completes proactive reminder calls, missed-visit recovery calls, follow-ups, and home-exercise check-ins. All interactions are logged and summarized so your team can intervene early when needed.

Is the prepayment deductible?

Prepayments for business services are typically deductible in the year paid, provided certain conditions are met. We recommend confirming with your CPA. We provide all documentation needed.

What support does my firm receive?

All plans include ongoing technical support, a dedicated onboarding manager, and continual optimization of Samantha’s call logic based on your caseload and workflow.

How long does setup take?

Most firms complete onboarding in 7–14 days. With the Early Access Prepayment Program, onboarding occurs before your paid service period begins—so you’re fully operational on day one.
